Elite Benefits Direct is an independent employee benefits brokerage based in Norcross, Georgia. We are licensed in Georgia (License #243143) and in other jurisdictions where we conduct business. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of coverage, an offer to insure, or a binding quote. Coverage is offered and underwritten by licensed insurance carriers, subject to the carriers' terms, eligibility requirements, and underwriting decisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
