We kept seeing the same problem from three different angles. Eventually, we stopped working around it and built something that addresses it directly.
Why We Exist
The plans exist. Most employers just don't know it.
Two-thirds of American workers are frontline or hourly. Most small businesses can't afford traditional group plans. Together, they make up the majority of the U.S. economy, and traditional benefits weren't built for either one.
The result is predictable. Workers go without coverage. Small businesses don't offer it at all. Larger employers offer plans their employees can't actually afford to use. Costs climb every year, and participation drops to match.
We've spent decades inside this problem from three angles: corporate benefits, PEOs, and brokerage. The plans that fit these workforces and these budgets exist. Most employers have just never been shown them.
